All data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure located in the United States. We implement strong security measures including encryption, strict access controls, audit logging, and reCAPTCHA Enterprise protection.
You may delete your files at any time before the 7-day period through your account. To fully delete your account, contact us at support@ociassistant.com.

OCI Assistant is intended for adults 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.
The service includes application types for minor children (Types C and D), but in all cases the account holder must be an adult parent or legal guardian. If you believe a minor under 18 has independently created an account, please contact us at support@ociassistant.com and we will delete the account promptly.
OCI Assistant is intended for use by individuals who reside in the United States. During the application process, users are asked to confirm that they currently reside in the United States.
All data collected through this service is transferred to and processed in the United States. By using OCI Assistant, you consent to the transfer and processing of your personal information in the United States.
We do not knowingly offer or market our services to individuals residing outside the United States.
